Learn the tips and tricks to avoiding tough cheese. Then we’ll add a twist by learning how to make a rich, creamy burrata from the curd. We’ll complete the class with a cheese tasting, comparing these fresh cheeses to our cave-aged Cherry Grove Farm cheeses. You will leave with fresh cheeses and our signature class folder full of cheesemaking information and recipes to use at home.
